- A Food science degree
- level 3 Food safety
- level 3 Food HACCP
- knowledge of UK labeling law
- although this is an entry-level position at least 1 year of experience in similar roles would be helpful
- knowledge of how to do nutritionals
- worked in production of food
- approval of new suppliers, raw materials, and packaging according to company standards
- create, update, and maintain product specifications
- AAT Level 3 or 4, or equivalent bookkeeping/accounting qualification is preferred but not required
- proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
- london W3 0TH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
- maintain accurate financial records using Xero
- prepare and submit VAT returns
- liaise with external accountants for annual accounts
