Responsibility
- manage the day-to-day operations of the store by overseeing staff, managing staff attendance and ensuring the safety and well-being of staff
- create and maintain a positive store environment by maintaining the cleanliness of all areas, including customer and prep areas
- communicate with staff responding to questions or concerns on the phone or in writing
- cooperate with supervisors in order to help maintain employee morale and productivity goals
Requirements
- previous experience as a Store Manager or similar role in an educational setting preferred but not required
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- ability to prioritize tasks effectively and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- retail sales: 1 year
- supervising experience: 1 year
- customer service: 1 year
- retail management: 1 year
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
