Requirements
as the first point of contact for many customer technical requests, act as an ambassador for the company
ensure customer communications during lifecycle of technical cases, ensuring updates are timely, promises kept, and stakeholders informed
manage requests from customers via portal, email and phone, dealing professionally, accurately and courteously, resulting in a high level of customer satisfaction
Contract type
minimum 10 tasks per day
minimum 20 ServiceNow external case updates per day
Responsibility
use supplier portals to check for faults and then ensure the supplier resolves fault
