  • manage requests from customers via portal, email and phone, dealing professionally, accurately and courteously, resulting in a high level of customer satisfaction

Contract type

  • minimum 10 tasks per day
  • minimum 20 ServiceNow external case updates per day

  • use supplier portals to check for faults and then ensure the supplier resolves fault
