sales follow up – Contacting customers after quotation, re contacting older customers, converting quotations
analysis – Analysis of increasing/decreasing sales with other sales staff, attending sales meetings
quotations – Answering the telephone, taking details of enquiries, dealing with emailed enquiries, liasing with material suppliers, typing quotations and emailing to customers
Requirements
good telephone manner, problem-solving ability, ability to build customer relationships
awareness of different material – aluminium grades, stainless steel, mild steel, bronze, copper, plastics
ability to read and interpret drawings
knowledge of/ability to learn about waterjet cutting process
knowledge of CAD is preferred however, training will be provided
enthusiasm to take the company forward
all training will be provided
