Responsibility
to resolve all customer issues once in receipt of goods purchased
customer complaints ensuring the correct resolution is put in place
reporting issues to production and warehouse
booking site visits and sorting relevant paperwork following up with reports to ensure all issues has been resolved
permanent Customer Services Adviser opportunity available in Macclesfield. This role is open to people with a minimum of 6 months phone-based experience in customer service or call centre sales / lead generation
warehouse quality control checks and dealing with issues on stock
the position will involve handling a high volume of in-bound customer queries so experience of working in a fast-paced phone-operative environment is required
you will be required to deal with customer complaints and disputes so a calm and professional phone manner is essential, with the ability to maintain professionalism at all times in your verbal communication as well as having excellent written communication skills
