Responsibility
- to resolve all customer issues once in receipt of goods purchased
- customer complaints ensuring the correct resolution is put in place
- reporting issues to production and warehouse
- booking site visits and sorting relevant paperwork following up with reports to ensure all issues has been resolved
- permanent Customer Services Adviser opportunity available in Macclesfield. This role is open to people with a minimum of 6 months phone-based experience in customer service or call centre sales / lead generation
- warehouse quality control checks and dealing with issues on stock
- the position will involve handling a high volume of in-bound customer queries so experience of working in a fast-paced phone-operative environment is required
- you will be required to deal with customer complaints and disputes so a calm and professional phone manner is essential, with the ability to maintain professionalism at all times in your verbal communication as well as having excellent written communication skills
