Responsibility

  • oversee, inspire and lead a team of seamstresses/tailors in the creation and finishing of high-quality garments
  • instruct and train the team in advanced sewing techniques, ensuring flawless stitching, proper seam allowances, and impeccable finishing
  • ensure accurate stitching and seam allowances, neat finishing of hems and closures, and proper application of interfacings and linings
  • collaborate closely with our design team to interpret fashion concepts and transform them into beautiful, wearable pieces
  • guide the production team in troubleshooting issues with garment construction and machinery, suggesting solutions and modifications as necessary
  • conduct quality control checks to ensure every garment aligns with our high standards of craftsmanship and style
  • inspect the final product to ensure it meets our high-quality standards and identify areas for improvement
  • guide the production process and workflow management to meet target deadlines without compromising quality
