Responsibility
to attend phone calls from carers, service users and healthcare agencies, local authority etc during out of office hours
all documentation for each employee is submitted into electronic file and paper file in the office
ensuring review date reminders are active on relevant spreadsheets
to amend documentation, records, files and system as per completed audits
to name, store and assign all call log recordings to service user notes and client accounts during each shift
to ensure all documentation required for service users and customer accounts are completed throughout each shift and any relevant or urgent information is relayed to the client and Contesto team members alike
Requirements
extensive experience of rostering for Home Care Services using Care Monitoring systems
good use of own initiative and problem-solving skills as well as being dedicated, flexible and a reliable team player
excellent professional phone etiquette and people management skills
an effective problem solver when faced with time sensitive issues and unforeseen circumstances. Experience with dealing with medication queries
it is essential to have a strong knowledge of a variety of services including domiciliary care, emergency response call centres, &/or of a similar role with outstanding communication skills using a variety of methods
