Responsibility
- concept Care is looking for a Registered Manager to take part in the opening and then run our newest service at Harry's House, based in Skelmersdale, Lancashire
- harry's house is currently half way through the Application process with Ofsted, the home will be registered to provide residential care for 2 children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties
- the Registered Manager will be responsible for delivering care focused and tailored to obtaining the best possible outcomes for each child and young person residing at the home
- the Manager is expected to demonstrate practical leadership and organisation within the day to day running of the home, as well as providing support to staff to ensure the best possible care for each child and young person is provided
- this involves being personally available, as well as the supervision and mentoring of staff, organisation of the rota, organisation of child focused training, and accessing of appropriate services to support the children and young people within the home
