Responsibility
- work with customer groups to ensure adherence to produce test plan forecast for appropriate facilities
- deliver annual budgeting through interrogation and management of customer requests
- produce and agree baseline plan for facilities
- support delivery of test plan through effective scheduling onto test rigs
- monitor and report on adherence / conformity to synthetic timing in accordance with agreed schedules
- ownership of Kick-off and Gate 0
- produce KPIs for team and reports to Lead Engineer
- support internal process documentation maintenance and governance
Requirements
- project Planning & Project Management
- project planning, management and control experience and/or qualification
- technical expertise and experience of test facility and vehicle electrification component testing
- knowledgeable in electrification and hybrid technologies
- understanding of automotive unit testing including electrification
- ability to maintain focus under pressure with high level of resilience
- experienced or trained in Agile methodologies, Six Sigma, Black Belt and Green Belt Training and certification
- proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes
