Responsibility

  • be regularly connecting with new logos, businesses by phone to bring new opportunities for pricing
  • build and provide new leads, markets, trends, to share with wider sales team
  • led by Rodolphe Saadé, the CMA CGM Group, a global leader in shipping and logistics, serves more than 420 ports around the world on five continents
  • with its subsidiary CEVA Logistics, a world leader in logistics, and its air freight division CMA CGM AIR CARGO, the CMA CGM Group is continually innovating to offer its customers a complete and increasingly efficient range of new shipping, land, air and logistics solutions
  • build rapport with BDM’s, internal departments, Trade and Overseas agencies, ensuring best outcomes for CMA CGM SSL INEUR customers
  • committed to the energy transition in shipping, and a pioneer in the use of alternative fuels, the CMA CGM Group has set a target to become Net Zero Carbon by 2050
  • regularly partner with Outside sales team to share leads, support, and handle customer enquiries
  • through the CMA CGM Foundation, the Group acts in humanitarian crises that require an emergency response by mobilizing the Group’s shipping and logistics expertise to bring humanitarian supplies around the world

Requirements

  • demonstrate experience in a Sales / Sales Coordination environment
  • excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide a proactive and solutions-focused service
  • strong analytical skills, with the ability to spot trends and proactively identify new business opportunities
  • excellent communication skills, with ability to demonstrate experience of building effective relationships at all levels, both internally and externally
  • A resilient approach, able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A natural problem solver, with the ability to identify root-cause of issues and see through to a successful resolution
  • flexibility in your approach, able to respond positively and proactively to differing customer requirements
