Responsibility

  • review historical sales trends, prepare statistical forecast data, and evaluate forecast results
  • perform a Sales and operation process and prepare all the related data
  • inventory Management - determining what, when and how much to order
  • inventory Management - Excess & Obsolete, Non-moving stock and its related action plans
  • maintain master data especially planning parameters
  • follow up with the purchasing and logistics departments by update, expedite, de-expedite Purchase to ensure the material availability
  • provide required inputs for planning KPIs
  • manage all activities for inventory planning between sales channels to reach optimum level
