we provide advice on all aspects of consumer finance including; mortgages, secured loans, unsecured credit agreements and insurance products
to provide first-class customer care for all clients
making outbound calls to existing clients, and taking inbound hotkeys from our external network of introducers
completing legal questionnaires with each client to determine if the customer meets the criteria
advising on the legal services and solutions that are available
account Management of customers; ensuring all necessary paperwork and information is completed and returned
A background in Customer Care and Financial Services is preferred, Debt Management, IVA and PPI would be advantageous

Requirements

graduate with a Law Degree and a minimum of 3 years previous experience working as a paralegal
ability to build strong relationships
A minimum of 12 months experience managing own litigated case load within the field of financial mis-selling is desirable
personable skills and experience with managing client expectations
ability to work to strict deadlines
effectively able to prioritise own workload
