Responsibility

  • we are looking for an individual who is highly organised and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills
  • handle litigation matters
  • to advise on commercial contracts and draft, review and negotiate a variety of matters
  • to work on developing new templates and procedures and provide legal training to the organisation
  • the ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of legal principles and procedures, as well as experience in legal research and document preparation
  • to assist the Corporate Governance and Compliance functions on ad hoc queries
  • the successful candidates will be responsible for client satisfaction, case progression, researching legal issues, preparing documents, and assisting with a variety of other tasks
  • to assist with management of the legal budget
