  • maintain cleanliness in common areas such as hallways and lobbies
  • follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines
  • adhere to health and safety regulations

Requirements

  • previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not required
  • ability to work independently and efficiently
  • attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
  • strong time management skills to ensure all cleaning duties are completed within designated timeframes
  • physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
  • housekeeping: 1 year
