- two men teams are welcome to apply
- these are all occupied properties so tradespersons needs to be well presented and customer facing with good communication skills
- perform a variety of skilled tasks in construction, maintenance, and repair projects
- this is an ongoing project with up to 100 properties to start, leading to further projects
- follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
- operate and maintain various tools and equipment necessary for the job
- assist with the setup and cleanup of work areas
- we have immediate starts for highly skilled construction labourers, with own transport and tools, to undertake an ongoing project in the Derby area
Requirements
- proficient in using hand and power tools
- strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials
- ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- effective communication skills to work well within a team environment
