Responsibility
- undertake site surveys
- deal with site queries and co-ordinate with our in-house Project Management team throughout the entire life cycle of projects
- communicate with internal and external stakeholders, working closely with architects, quantity surveyors, manufacturers and suppliers
- meet with other professionals and clients at an early stage to agree design parameters, interpret design briefs, sketches, models and be able to follow a design project from inception to completion
- manage and report upon architectural requirements and provide continued support in project design and the management of pre and post contract activities
Requirements
- innovative and adaptable to change with a professional and dedicated attitude
- happy to work in a fast-paced multi-priority environment
- strong construction knowledge and technical background. A good understanding of Building Regulations
- able to work within a specific RIBA stage
- preferably applicants will hold a first degree or equivalent design related qualification or suitable prior industry experience
