- we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Project Manager to join our team in Fareham, Hampshire
- manage all aspects of assigned maritime projects, from initiation to completion
- develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
- this is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the management of challenging and impactful maritime endeavours
- lead project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and direction to achieve project goals
- collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and alignment of project objectives
- monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary

Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- proven experience as a Project Manager in the maritime or construction industry
- APM certification is a plus
- strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices
- excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- proficiency in project management software and tools
