Responsibility
- keep up to date with and adhere to company, policies and procedures at all times
- take responsibility for the protection of data in line with policies and procedures
- ensure learner eligibility requirements are met in line with funding rules and compliance expectations
- maintain accurate manual and electronic learner records ensuring learner data management system and tracking tools are used effectively
- work to audit expectations of funding and awarding bodies
- monitoring the day-to-day central operational email traffic
- commits and contributes to maintaining an effective safeguarding culture and takes responsibility for helping to protect colleagues and learners against any risk of harm, including all types of bullying, radicalisation or abuse
- undertake awarding body registrations and certifications
Requirements
- knowledge and experience of ESFA funded programmes
- up to date industry knowledge including legislation knowledge
- prior experience of working accurately and efficiently in data entry
- good working knowledge and understanding of the current ESFA funding rules
- previous exposure to CRM and Learner Management systems
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- customer service: 1 year
- excellent customer service skills
