- the portfolio consists of Student Accommodation, Distribution, Logistical and FOH sites with some extremely large brands
- the role comes with a basic salary of 35K with OTE’s of 38K as well as high specification company vehicle
- ensure the Consortio Security guarding community and Operational staff is in complete compliance with SIA regulation and appropriate legislation
- manage customer satisfaction throughout your entire region via monthly, bi monthly or quarterly contract performance meetings
- to take direct line management responsibility for your portfolio, ensuring company, industry and customer standards, audits and compliance are met
- consortio Security are recruiting for a new Operations Manager to take ownership of a portfolio across the South West of the UK
- the portfolio is settled but expect a busy bedding in period until you find your feet
- to guide, mentor, advise and directly support all Operations Managers within your region
