Working hours

  • permanent

Responsibility

  • answering calls from client, a high level of customer care is required
  • liaising with Engineers and clients daily
  • assisting with other administration as required by the team
  • scheduling and deploying jobs to engineers
  • keeping clients regularly updated
  • pre-planning PPM and service visits
  • collate documentation
  • ensure client KPIs are met

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of customer service experience
  • 2 or more years of experience in a similar role
  • great communication skills
  • verbal communication skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • self-motivator
  • team player
  • organisational skills
