Requirements

  • previous accounts and bookkeeping experience in a similar management role for a minimum of 3 years
  • confident user of standard desktop office software
  • be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and dealing with a very wide-ranging to-do list
  • have good self-discipline and be able to make own decisions where required
  • be an excellent problem solver and be able to apply common-sense to any situation
  • be able to work on their own initiative and organise their day as required
  • be a personable and confident communicator

Responsibility

  • preparing payroll information for review and submission for 150 employees across 6 different payrolls
  • creating and maintaining journals for prepayment and accruals
