Responsibility

  • A small proportion of this activity will be warm leads, but this will predominantly be a cold calling activity
  • outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to IT resellers, introducing our company and the promotional opportunities available from a variety of vendors
  • information Dissemination: Effectively communicate details about our promotional campaigns, explaining the benefits and opportunities available to potential resellers
  • lead Generation: Identify potential resellers who show genuine interest in our programmes and services
  • qualifying Prospects: Determine the suitability of each prospect and compile a discovery profile for passing to our account management team
  • scheduling: Coordinate and schedule calls between interested resellers and our account managers for further discussions
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions with prospects in our Customer Relationship Management system

Requirements

  • proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in a B2B environment
  • outstanding verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • persuasive and adept at handling objections while maintaining a positive attitude
  • excellent negotiation skills to promote our promotional opportunities effectively
  • familiarity with the IT reseller industry and an understanding of common products and services
  • ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and tasks
  • strong organizational skills to keep detailed records and follow up consistently
  • results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and Key Performance Indicators
