A small proportion of this activity will be warm leads, but this will predominantly be a cold calling activity
outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to IT resellers, introducing our company and the promotional opportunities available from a variety of vendors
information Dissemination: Effectively communicate details about our promotional campaigns, explaining the benefits and opportunities available to potential resellers
lead Generation: Identify potential resellers who show genuine interest in our programmes and services
qualifying Prospects: Determine the suitability of each prospect and compile a discovery profile for passing to our account management team
scheduling: Coordinate and schedule calls between interested resellers and our account managers for further discussions
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions with prospects in our Customer Relationship Management system
Requirements
proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in a B2B environment
outstanding verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
persuasive and adept at handling objections while maintaining a positive attitude
excellent negotiation skills to promote our promotional opportunities effectively
familiarity with the IT reseller industry and an understanding of common products and services
ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and tasks
strong organizational skills to keep detailed records and follow up consistently
results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and Key Performance Indicators
