Responsibility
- undertaking a range of plumbing and bathroom installation services, including maintenance tasks, repairs, and installation of new plumbing systems and fixtures
- performing other trade works, such as tiling, minor electrics, and other similar tasks
- working with clients to ensure their needs and requirements are met, including providing expert advice and recommendations as required
- ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality standards and in a timely and efficient manner
- maintaining accurate records of work completed, including time and materials used
- working flexible hours, including late-night emergency callouts and weekends, when required
- driving to any area in and around London to undertake work
Requirements
- current ACS/Gas Safe qualifications
- A good understanding of boilers/breakdowns
- A good understanding of controls and use of digital multimeter
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in plumbing and bathroom installation
- experience in other trade works such as tiling, minor electrics, and other similar tasks
- able to manage van stock to ensure efficient workdays/comply with administrative tasks that couple alongside each job. ie. Completion reports etc
- being able to create a work scope of the tasks required on a job and list all the materials required
- A good understanding of plumbing and building codes and regulations
