Responsibility
- manage and develop an accounting team of 3 FTE
- oversee all financial processing systems including Sales ledger, Purchase ledger
- payroll, Cash & Bank, Office Management and General ledger, presenting and answering to the Directors
- payroll, Cash & Bank, Office Management and General ledger, reporting directly into the Directors
- responsibility for the Finance IT systems - both infrastructure and application
- produce monthly MI including P&L, Balance Sheet and cash flow
- group, ad-hoc reporting on various KPIs
- manage the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles
