Responsibility
- provide advanced technical support and issue resolution to customers, handling complex incidents and service requests
- assist Tier 1 technicians in resolving escalated technical issues and provide guidance and mentorship
- implement and maintain Cyber Security measures to protect our clients' IT infrastructure
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute technology upgrades and enhancements
- follow established procedures and standards to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery
- document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, solutions, and implemented changes
Requirements
- minimum of 5 years of experience working in an IT support role
- proven expertise in handling complex technical incidents and service requests
- experience implementing and maintaining Cyber Security measures
- proficiency in diagnosing and resolving advanced hardware, software, and network issues
- excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts effectively
- relevant industry certifications, such as CompTIA or Microsoft, are a plus
