Responsibility
provides complete administrative assistance to Project Managers
monitors projects and their resources against the project plans, escalating issues where necessary
ensures, under direction, adherence to all Connect-IP’s project management methodology, processes, and procedures
assists in the production of high quality, professionally written and on-brand documentation including Project Plans, PIDs, Risk/Action Logs
contributes to the creation of, and accurate and timely updating of project information within project logs and systems
ensures, under guidance, all works comply with Connect-IP’s Company Standards and meet and exceed client expectations
provides complete administrative assistance to Project Managers ranging from issuing and reviewing purchase orders, to preparation of project documentation, and administration of Sub-Contractors whilst working on their project sites
supports the development of trusted relationships with project stakeholders and supports this by delivering on time, to budget and exceeding expectations
Requirements
essential - 2 years administrative experience within a busy, dynamic environment
minimum of 5 GCSE’s A-C grade

desirable - Experience of working in a project environment would be advantageous
