Responsibility
- assist the Registered Manager in overseeing the daily operations of a Day Care and Domicilary Care facility
- provide direct care to members, including medication administration and personal care
- supervise and train staff members to ensure high-quality care is provided
- monitor and assess residents' health and wellbeing and report any changes to the Registered Manager
- maintain accurate and up-to-date members records
- collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards
Education
- diploma of Higher Education
Requirements
- level 5 Diploma Leadership & Managment in Adult Care
- previous experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry
- knowledge of medication administration and care practices
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- adult Care: 3 years
