- connect Weddings, a division of Connect Group Media, is seeking proactive and driven Sales Appointment Coordinators to join our dynamic team
- as a Sales Appointment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in connecting businesses across the USA with our advertising services
- this office-based position involves reaching out to potential clients and arranging face-to-face meetings for our sales representatives
- conducting outbound calls to businesses across the USA to introduce our advertising services
- identifying and qualifying potential leads through effective communication and research
- building and maintaining a database of potential clients, tracking interactions and progress
- scheduling appointments for the sales representatives to present our advertising solutions
- collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and efficient scheduling
Requirements
- strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and professional phone manner
- proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting is advantageous but not mandatory as full training will be provided
- ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and target-driven attitude
- strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently
