centre manager
Responsibility
- to directly assist the Activity Centre Manager with the implementation of the park and soft play strategy
- to manage the soft play and adventure park to ensure exceptional levels of service are achieved
- coordinate daily service operations by ensuring the safe operation of the site through compliance management and accurate reporting
- to implement and monitor service standards, standard operating procedures, and all housekeeping of the site
- manage, coach, and motivate all our team
- monitor all training modules and support team members in the in a timely manner
- to liaise with the wider Conifox Teams, ensuring the smooth operation of all events
- support the correct administration of day to day running and liaise with various internal departments
Requirements
- previous experience in delivering outstanding customer service in a public facing environment
- proven experience of managing and motivating a staff team
- excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with customers, children, and staff effectively
- excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- experience of Health and Safety in the workplace
- experience of managing and resolving conflicts and complaints
- hold or willingness to obtain a First Aid at Work qualification
- be fun & friendly, be able to work with others well and maintain a positive attitude at all times
