Responsibility

  • congleton Veterinary Centre are seeking a Part Time Receptionist to join our front of house team
  • 30 hours per week approx. . Saturdays and Bank Holidays are on a shared rota basis
  • the role involves a high level of face-to-face contact with our clients, and so you must have the confidence, empathy, and experience to provide excellent standards of care, as well as that personal touch
  • maintaining a clean and tidy reception and waiting room at all times
  • ensuring good communication between reception and clinical teams
  • maintaining accurate records

Requirements

  • previous experience is preferred and the ability to use IT systems is essential
  • the successful candidate should display excellent communication, be able to adapt to change within a fast-paced environment and show empathy to clients during emotional situations
  • receptionist: 1 year
  • customer Service: 1 year
