Requirements
- bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field
- proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- strong ability to create user personas, empathy maps, and customer journey maps
- demonstrated experience in prototyping and iterating on designs based on user feedback
- familiarity with front-end development technologies to collaborate effectively with developers
- excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly
- experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- knowledge of usability testing methodologies and ability to analyse feedback effectively
Responsibility
- conduct user research to understand customer needs, behaviours, and pain points, including direct interviews with stakeholders, customers and target personas
- define key hypotheses, personas, and empathy plans to align with product lifecycle goals
- map out and document detailed customer journeys to identify opportunities for design improvements and innovation
- develop prototypes at varying levels of fidelity to visualize solutions and demonstrate to customers
- lead customer discovery sessions, including interviews with personas, to validate assumptions and gather actionable feedback
- conduct heuristic evaluations and UX audits, create research repository and documentations
- build the research and design roadmap and key deliverables based on product priorities
- collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to refine designs based on insights from user feedback
