Requirements

  • CPC National and International
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation management, preferably in the logistics industry
  • strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of drivers and transportation personnel
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex transportation issues
  • knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements, including DOT regulations
  • proficiency in transportation management software and other related technologies

Responsibility

  • plan, manage and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements
  • investigate all service failures, complaints and discrepancies
  • to ensure strict compliance with all aspects of Operator`s Licensing
  • ensure company policies are communicated, applied and enforced
  • driver recruitment and training
  • manage and monitor the departmental budget
  • manage drivers and subcontractors
  • assist Logistics Manager with Route planning
