- CPC National and International
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation management, preferably in the logistics industry
- strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of drivers and transportation personnel
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex transportation issues
- knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements, including DOT regulations
- proficiency in transportation management software and other related technologies
Responsibility
- plan, manage and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements
- investigate all service failures, complaints and discrepancies
- to ensure strict compliance with all aspects of Operator`s Licensing
- ensure company policies are communicated, applied and enforced
- driver recruitment and training
- manage and monitor the departmental budget
- manage drivers and subcontractors
- assist Logistics Manager with Route planning
