Responsibility
- deliver SAP test strategy and maintain relationships with stakeholders for program value and quality assurance
- drive SAP testing practice for Operate Digital growth plan
- implement automation and performance testing frameworks for efficient SAP test execution
- experienced in SAP systems and modules like SAP ECC, S/4 Hana, Fiori, CFIN & SAP Solution Manager
- define test scope, coordinate technical test environment setup, test data management and tool selection
- monitor and control test process quality and results, and drive key milestone ceremonies
- plan and manage all test phases for large SAP projects in line with market release timescales
- provide real-time, daily and weekly reporting on test progress with dashboard KPI's and SLA's to stakeholders
Requirements
- 5-8 years of significant SAP testing experience across multiple projects
- extensive experience in leading testing in complex SAP environments and knowledge of SAP modules, integration, environments, data and user access
- excellent knowledge of SAP modules and functionality such as Financial Accounting, Controlling, Material Management, Supply Chain Management, Plant Maintenance, etc
- hands-on experience with SAP systems, Fiori navigation, and reporting
- strong grasp of SAP S4/HANA functionality
- build excellent relationships with client stakeholders and clearly communicate test progress/status through a defined plan
- strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify remedial actions for application issues
- advocate for best practices when constructing automation and performance testing frameworks
