Responsibility
- tendering for small to medium sized cone penetration testing projects
- regular communication with clients to discuss new tenders/opportunities, ongoing projects, invoices, or general enquiries
- maintain good client relationships to help secure continuing business
- preparation, collation, and timely distribution of project documentation – PQQs, RAMS, project information sheets
- procurement of third-party suppliers as required
- assist Onland Manager in successful delivery of our site works; involvement in project logistics and planning
- keeping the client updated regarding any problems or changes
- be proactive in your learning and development
Requirements
- A confident communicator
- good telephone manner
- good organisational skills, meticulous record keeping with an eye for detail
- ability to meet tight deadlines
- ability to build good working relationships
- flexible and open-minded - able to deal with change
- A proactive style of work, identifies and acts upon activities that need to be completed
- full UK Driving Licence
