Responsibility
- providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- leading, coaching, and developing a team of baristas and bakers
- managing labour costs and scheduling to meet store targets
- ordering and managing stock levels of food and drink
- the Muffin Break Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of baristas, bakers & other staff to deliver high-quality food and drink, exceptional customer service, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store
- managing cash handling and ensuring banking is completed effectively
