Responsibility
- collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver successful products that meet customer needs
- define product requirements, create user stories, and prioritize features based on business objectives, customer feedback, and market trends
- work closely with the engineering team to ensure technical feasibility of product requirements and assist in the development of technical solutions
- conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions
- work with the development team to ensure that product development is aligned with the product roadmap
- work with the development team to ensure that product quality is maintained, and that user acceptance testing is completed
- manage sprint planning and review meetings, ensuring the development team has a clear understanding of the product requirements and the goals of the sprint
- use data analysis tools to collect and analyze customer data, product usage, and market trends to identify insights and inform product decisions
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, technical project management, or related field
- strong technical background and understanding of software development processes
- strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
- excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- experience with Agile development methodologies
- knowledge of project management tools such as ZenHub
- prior experience at a B2B SaaS startup
