  • analyse project plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates
  • collaborate with Project Managers, engineers and sub-contractors to gather necessary information
  • ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • create detailed estimates, including materials, labour cost, equipment, and sub-contractor costs
  • review project scope changes and update accordingly
  • help present estimates to clients and participate in negotiations
  • excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • maintain records of estimates and budgets

Education

  • certificate of Higher Education

Requirements

  • MUST have proven experience estimating building repairs in the UK construction industry
  • proven experience in the UK construction industry
  • valid clean UK driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites within mainland UK as required
