Responsibility

• operate forklifts to move goods within the warehouse
• conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products
• pick and pack equipment accurately according to site requirements

• manage stock levels and perform regular stock counts
• basic maintenance of company machinery and tooling
• handle materials with care to prevent damage
• basic maintenance of company vehicle fleet
• engage in heavy lifting tasks as required
• loading and unloading goods
• load and unload company vehicles safely and efficiently
• utilising warehouse management systems for efficient operations
• utilise warehouse management systems to track inventory
• forklift operation
• assist in shipping and receiving processes
• loading/unloading of company vans
• keeping the warehouse/premises clean and tidy
• casting, processing and dispatching product samples for clients
• daily and total amount of hours per week is negotiable as this is a completely new role to the business

Requirements

• proven experience as a Warehouse Worker or similar role
• proficiency in forklift operation and other warehouse equipment
• strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing orders

• good physical condition to perform tasks that involve heavy lifting
• excellent organisational skills to manage stock efficiently
• familiarity with warehouse management systems is advantageous
• familiarity with maintenance of machinery, tooling and electrical items is advantageous
• familiarity with fleet management and maintenance of company vehicles is advantageous
• warehouse experience: 1 year
