Requirements
- upbeat positive attitude
- ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team
- health & safety or similar equivalent diploma
- NEBOSH Certificate in Health & safety or similar equivalent diploma
- good communication skills at every level
- to be able to work to tight deadlines
- ISO9001 & ISO45001 experience preferred
- MIIRSM and/or GradIOSH
Responsibility
- to comply and ensure the compliance with our Company Policies
- develop & implement the health & safety strategy within the business
- ensure Contractor competence
- complete new Staff inductions/Contractor inductions
- conduct annual review of health & safety policy with the Directors
- conduct annual review of all risk assessments
- lead investigation and route cause analysis of accident/near miss reporting, ensuring the implementation of corrective actions
- maintain continuous improvement of all safety and compliance processes within the Concrete Canvas Group Ltd companies
