Responsibility

  • general bar work
  • supporting with management of bar staff
  • set up and close down of bar
  • cashing up
  • cellar management
  • line cleans
  • supporting with stock management when required
  • assisting with management of any maintenance issues when required

Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ experience at a supervisor level within a busy hospitality venue / similar role
  • experience with cash handling / cashing up
  • must be flexible and available to work weekends and into the early hours
  • self-motivating and good communicator with the ability to problem solve
  • personable with exceptional levels of customer service
  • supervising experience: 1 year
  • bar management: 1 year
  • hospitality: 1 year
