- this role is to ensure Concept Seating is delivering a high standard of service to aid the satisfaction of our clients
- communicate with all departments what is required of them for production completion
- ensuring all deliveries in and out of the warehouse are on time and organised
- this is including; managing deliveries in and out of the warehouse, overseeing and managing various staff members
- co-ordinating with co-workers and relevant departments to ensure all aspects of production are running smoothly and according to schedule
- you will also need to liaise with delivery teams, trusted suppliers and interact with various departments within the company
- reading and deciphering floor plans accurately
Requirements
- 1-2 years in a similar job role, possibly in furniture and/or interiors
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- proficient user of IT systems, both Sage and Microsoft packages
- ability to work under pressure and a quick thinker
- highly organised, perceptive and motivated person
- A true problem solver, passionate to resolve any issue that might arise
- multi task and juggle assignments and responsibility
- highly driven, willing to be a team member and do what is required, when required
