we are looking for a resident centric, people focused Team Leader to join us to deliver a proactive, responsive and resolution orientated experience to our residents, providers and stakeholders
they will also coach and develop the team to realise their full potential and deliver against key performance indicators
about you
the successful candidate will oversee our recently established and developing Customer Service team to ensure that all day-to-day team matters run effectively and that our residents get the best possible service
reporting to the Customer Services Operations Manager you will be responsible for setting and achieving high standards across a small but increasing team of Customer Service Officers, who act as the first point of contact for our residents, providers, and stakeholders across the business
as a self-starter, you will drive the implementation and embedding of processes, procedures, and monitoring in line with policy and regulatory requirements

Requirements
professional accountancy qualification and full membership of a recognised UK accountancy body
proven ability to successfully lead multi-disciplinary teams at a senior level
significant evidence of a collaborative and inclusive leadership style with a strong emphasis on employee engagement
demonstrable track record of delivering high quality resource services
significant experience of successful financial leadership, managing an organisation’s financial resources and ensuring effective financial management throughout the organisation
the ability to demonstrate the building of effective risk management frameworks and the management of risk
an understanding of company legal and financial requirements and compliance
experience of implementing corporate systems, policies and procedures and ensuring organisation wide compliance
