  • we are looking for a resident centric, people focused Team Leader to join us to deliver a proactive, responsive and resolution orientated experience to our residents, providers and stakeholders

  • the successful candidate will oversee our recently established and developing Customer Service team to ensure that all day-to-day team matters run effectively and that our residents get the best possible service
  • reporting to the Customer Services Operations Manager you will be responsible for setting and achieving high standards across a small but increasing team of Customer Service Officers, who act as the first point of contact for our residents, providers, and stakeholders across the business
  • as a self-starter, you will drive the implementation and embedding of processes, procedures, and monitoring in line with policy and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • professional accountancy qualification and full membership of a recognised UK accountancy body
  • proven ability to successfully lead multi-disciplinary teams at a senior level
