  • this role is responsible for travel and general administration in support of the business
  • in addition, some general administrative tasks will be undertaken in support of the business
  • the main focus of the role is on travel administration for field operations, ensuring that offshore trips are undertaken effectively, efficiently and safely
  • working with managers and travellers, the aim is to ensure that trips are effectively planned and prepared with appropriate certification, medicals, and visa requirements met, and that the personnel travel safely and with the appropriate certification
