Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • administration of paperwork for business including reports and certificates
  • creation of Water Hygiene & Treatment logbooks. A statutory requirement for our clients to comply with HSE legislation
  • working as part of the wider administration team, you will share the responsibility for resolving queries taken over the telephone or via email. Managing the administration inboxes, ensuring all queries and requests are actioned daily
  • an experienced candidate could have the opportunity to work alongside key stakeholders in the business and partner with key accounts. Taking part in wider company projects when opportunities arise
  • to provide support to your colleagues as and when required. This can include: booking hotels and issuing purchase order numbers

Requirements

  • the ideal candidate will be a self starter, with a can can-do attitude
  • comfortable with demanding deadlines and adaptable to changing work practices
  • the ability to prioritise your workload and work both autonomously and as part of the wider team
  • excellent attention to detail
  • strong communication skills, both oral and written
