Responsibility
- onboarding new clients, partners, staff & contractors, whilst building and maintaining strong relationships
- organising and maintaining staff database
- daily upload of new prospecting clients

- organise and manage client management systems
- organising all team trips and events, including birthdays and company anniversary
- ensuring all required business documentation is received from prospective clientele and correctly filed
- updating team with relevant news or updates
- proficient in creating nurture chains using HubSpot
- provide generic IT support to the rest of the team when needed
- good understanding of AML processing and compliance
- ensuring staff are following company CSR commitments
- to provide an excellent customer service experience at all times
- collection of guests from reception
- producing weekly sales reports across sales, BD and partnership
- daily collection of post and deliveries
- tracking key information to monitor broker performance
- fire marshal and First aid assistant
- train new sales members how to use HubSpot
- willingness to be flexible, working to the needs of the Company
- excellent telephone handling, being the first point of contact to all company phone enquiries
- diary management & Scheduling meetings accordingly
- create a 6 monthly calendar for potential networking events for prospecting clientele
- note/minutes taking
- additional sales administrative duties not mentioned above may apply
- personal duties such as, paying parking fines, buying gifts, running errands
