Responsibility
- onboarding new clients, partners, staff & contractors, whilst building and maintaining strong relationships
- organising and maintaining staff database
- daily upload of new prospecting clients
- keeping all office space clean and tidy, ensuring office is stocked with needed equipment and confectionary
- organise and manage client management systems
- organising all team trips and events, including birthdays and company anniversary
- ensuring all required business documentation is received from prospective clientele and correctly filed
- updating team with relevant news or updates
Requirements
- must be a proficient user on HubSpot
- excellent attention to detail and well organised
