Responsibility

  • some remote repair work may be undertaken from our office in Egham
  • handling customer phone calls and emails, booking in new jobs and responding to support enquires over the phone and email
  • ability to quote customers, take payments, generate and email invoices via our systems
  • order parts and stock as and when required
  • A full, clean driving license and own transport essential
  • the main responsibility is the repair of desktop computers and laptops, in both Windows and Mac formats, for home and business users
