Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- resolving complicated or protracted incidents via an advanced automated ticketing system
- be based in our Southwick office and potentially travel to client sites when remote work is no longer appropriate
- we are looking for a person to join our Escalation team to work alongside other team members who together are responsible for solving the more advanced issues
- be able to work shifts between based on a rota, varying between 07:30 – 09:30 starts
Requirements
- ideally has previously worked for a computer Managed Service Provider
- A sound, comprehensive understanding of IT and IT terminology, including the points below
- windows 2012-2022 server, Windows 10/11
- remote Desktop Server installation, management and troubleshooting
- virtualised environments
- voIP solutions
- advanced networking, routing and enterprise firewalls, ideally experience of SonicWall products
- active Directory management, including GPO, RAS
