Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- managing your own portfolio of blocks of flats in England and Wales, after initial training and integration into the team
- ensuring blocks/sites are compliant with all current Health & Safety and Fire Safety legislation
- liaising on a variety of legal issues with the in-house legal team of the sister company owning the freehold
- dealing with day to day maintenance and repair issues, including the sourcing, appointment and the management of contractors and suppliers
- ensuring invoices are allocated and authorised within defined timescales
- liaising with Lessees for major works in line with the S20 Landlord and Tenant Act
- undertaking regular site inspections on common parts, recording and taking photographs of blocks and their condition
- preparing service charge budgets, to enable funds to be available for all management duties – and accounting for their expenditure through the checking and distribution of year end accounts
