Earnings for position warehouse operative

Responsibility

• managing your own portfolio of blocks of flats in England and Wales, after initial training and integration into the team
• ensuring blocks/sites are compliant with all current Health & Safety and Fire Safety legislation
• liaising on a variety of legal issues with the in-house legal team of the sister company owning the freehold

• dealing with day to day maintenance and repair issues, including the sourcing, appointment and the management of contractors and suppliers
• ensuring invoices are allocated and authorised within defined timescales
• liaising with Lessees for major works in line with the S20 Landlord and Tenant Act
• undertaking regular site inspections on common parts, recording and taking photographs of blocks and their condition
• preparing service charge budgets, to enable funds to be available for all management duties – and accounting for their expenditure through the checking and distribution of year end accounts
• describe a Freeholder and a Leaseholder
