Working hours

Responsibility

  • manage and maintain the Helpdesk System & SLA’s
  • assess & resolve enquiries, requests and complaints, at the first point of contact
  • to provide comprehensive information and service to the CWS customer base
  • to resolve invoice queries
  • process new business orders from Customers and liaise with the Operations department to arrange installations
  • process cancellations
  • to update our bespoke database system at all times with all correspondence to and from Clients and follow up actions set where required
