Working hours

  • part-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • to liaise with the drivers and assist/support with any access issues/requirements
  • update the bespoke software with placements/locations as and when the drivers report
  • to actively ensure all information on site delivery is up to date at all times
  • checking the drivers have completed their work daily and reporting any issues to the Operations Manager
  • to ensure jobs have been raised to replace broken items – as reported on the drivers daily work
  • processing drivers expenses
  • appealing/dealing with parking tickets
  • ordering uniform

Requirements

  • our Operations Manager will provide all the training you need. You will need the below essential key skills
  • highly organised
  • target driven
  • ability to work to deadlines
  • good literacy skills
  • good telephone manner
  • you will be responsible for assisting the Operations Team in their daily work and assisting with access queries & liaising with Customers
  • good communication skills
