Responsibility

  • daily bank reconciliation
  • daily reconciliation of the billing to accounting system
  • daily management of finance inbox, liaising with our customers/suppliers/team to resolve finance-related queries
  • assisting with the posting of supplier invoices onto Xero
  • assisting with the preparation and posting of month end journals
  • assisting with preparation and submission of quarterly VAT Returns
  • liaising with HMRC as and when required
  • supporting the Group Financial Controller and Management Accountant with ad-hoc tasks as required
